JD For Resident Engineer (AV/VC Support Engineer)
Key Responsibilities:
work experience in Video Conferencing systems after graduation
Video conferencing protocols, network troubleshooting, system administration
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Monitor and manage all VC hardware and software at assigned location
Maintain inventory of VC components, accessories, spares
Ensure 24x7 availability (99% Class A, 98.5% Class B uptime)
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance twice annually
Attend unlimited breakdown maintenance calls with immediate response
Provide L1 support for VC systems and existing network infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve audio, video, connectivity issues
Install bug fixes, patches, OS upgrades
Manage and monitor all VC calls and sessions
Support Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Cloud VC platforms
Assist users with BYOD connectivity and presentation sharing
Configure and manage dual/multiple display setups
Maintain call logs and quality reports
Submit periodic performance reports to BHEL
Provide L1 support for LAN/WAN connectivity
Implement IP schemes (IPv4/IPv6) in consultation with BHEL
Maintain data confidentiality and BHEL security protocols
Adhere to BHEL safety regulations and protocols
Provide knowledge transfer and training to BHEL personnel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
