The Senior Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling, therapy, and mental health support to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The role involves conducting evidence-based interventions, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct psychological evaluations and behavioral assessments.
- Identify emotional, cognitive, developmental, and behavioral concerns.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests and screening tools.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports and recommendations.
Counseling & Therapy
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, REBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Counseling Techniques.
- Support patients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and emotional difficulties.
Child & Adolescent Mental Health
- Assess developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns in children.
- Guide parents regarding child behavior management and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with schools, teachers, and caregivers when necessary.
- Support children with learning, social, and emotional challenges.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
