Position: Security Guard

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises, entrances, exits, parking areas, and public spaces.
- Check and verify visitors, vendors, and employees entering the property.
- Patrol the hotel regularly to identify security risks or suspicious activities.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, theft, or disturbances.
- Assist guests with safety-related concerns.
- Prepare incident and daily activity reports.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Coordinate with local police, fire services, or emergency responders when needed.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and procedures.
- Control access to restricted areas.
Required Skills
- Good observation and vigilance.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
- Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations.
- Physical fitness for patrolling and standing for long periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass (requirements vary by hotel).
- Security training or certification is preferred.
- Previous security experience is an advantage.
Typical Duties During a Shift
- Attend shift briefing and receive instructions.
- Check security equipment and CCTV systems.
- Conduct routine patrols.
- Monitor guest and staff movement.
- Handle incidents and maintain records.
- Submit shift reports before handover.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
