SYSTEMONEX is seeking a motivated Canada Recruiter with experience in sourcing and screening IT professionals for Canada-based requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screenings
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain strong communication with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide feedback and support throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings
Required Skills:
