Experience: 3–6 years’ experience in MIS, operations, data reporting, team handling, or similar roles.
Job Summary
The MIS Manager is responsible for managing the complete MIS operations, supervising the MIS team, ensuring accurate reporting, handling online platform order management, maintaining company databases, and supporting management with data-driven analysis and reports. The role also includes leading a team of 7–8 MIS Executives, improving reporting systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Team Management
Lead, manage, and supervise a team of 7–8 MIS Executives.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of reports and data entries.
Provide training and guidance to team members when required.
2. Online Platform Order Management
Monitor and manage orders from online platforms (e-commerce platforms).
Ensure proper order tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Review and maintain order-related MIS reports.
3. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate analytical reports for sales, inventory, orders, operations, and management review.
Develop dashboards and reporting formats for better business analysis.
Support management with accurate data for decision-making.
4. Data & Database Management
Maintain and monitor company databases and reporting systems.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
Handle large volumes of data efficiently.
5. Coordination & Process Improvement
Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and management teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
Improve MIS processes and reporting systems for better efficiency.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, etc.).
Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.
Ability to manage online platform order tracking and reporting.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
