Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the hotel’s luxury standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.
- Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff, monitoring performance and productivity.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and ensure proper usage and inventory control.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in managing laundry operations and linen inventory as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
