Quick Overview
- Location: Office : Chandigarh Tri-City (Zirakpur / Mohali / Chandigarh preferred)
- Timezone: Strict US Working Hours (Night Shift)
- Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Only
- Commitment: Long-term core team track (Minimum 2+ years commitment expected)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift & Schedule: US-aligned hours (primarily evening and night IST). Ownership mindset required: the role operates on a 7-day basis when business needs demand it.
About the Role
We are seeking an execution-first Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to serve as the operational engine for our US business scaling initiatives. You will work directly with the founder's office to orchestrate, execute, and stabilize cross-border workflows.
This is not an administrative or purely strategic role. You will not be managing from a distance; you will be building the machinery yourself. This role is a direct pipeline to a future executive track within the company for someone who demonstrates extreme ownership and operational grit.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Build & Run)
- US Market Operations: Coordinate and execute daily operational workflows aligned with our US client base, partners, and systems during active US commercial hours.
- Process Architecture: Map out manual bottlenecks across the business and build automated, repeatable internal tracking workflows.
- Cross-Border Execution: Act as the founder’s tactical proxy to launch new operational initiatives, manage international vendor loops, and clear bottlenecks instantly.
- Data & System Cleanliness: Own the operational scorecards, ensuring backend data, documentation, and CRM workflows are flawless.
- Research emerging AI and digital tools and implement low-cost, workable solutions for internal use and client needs.
- Create and maintain simple websites, pitch materials, process documents, and other founder-office deliverables.
- Support end-to-end operational tasks including coordination of hiring processes, follow-ups, and administrative execution.
- Operate with ownership: identify what needs to be done and execute, even when instructions are incomplete or priorities shift.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
- High Agency & Grit: You do not wait for a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to fix a problem. You identify the chaos, research the solution, and deploy it.
- Timezone Alignment: Complete comfort and long-term commitment to working in the US timezone. Prior international process or shift experience is a strong plus.
- Low Ego Executor: You are equally comfortable helping map out a high-level expansion plan or spending 4 hours fixing broken rows in an operational spreadsheet.
- Experience: Open to exceptionally sharp freshers (Management Trainees) or experienced operators/mid-managers looking for a high-growth startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English suitable for professional conversations with US clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple dynamic tasks without a rigid script or fixed daily checklist.
- Willingness and demonstrated capacity to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, and similar) quickly and apply them in real work.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace, and power backup suitable for consistent US-hour work.
- Availability for US-aligned evening/night hours and readiness to work across seven days when required by business needs.
- Ability to receive direct feedback, adjust immediately, and continue without requiring a formal written job description for every task.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in client-facing coordination, operations support, small-team environments, or multi-task roles.
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at an intermediate or advanced level.
- Prior exposure to basic website tools, presentation software, or simple process documentation.
