We are looking to hire enthusiastic fresh engineers who want to build a strong career in the field of Electrical Panels, Automation, Instrumentation, Control Systems, PLC/DCS, Testing, Quality, Design, Production, and Project Execution.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who do not want only a basic desk job, but want to learn real industrial engineering work by working on live projects, manufacturing systems, drawings, testing, automation panels, control panels, and customer requirements.
Selected candidates will be placed as GET / DET Trainees and may be assigned to any suitable department based on company requirement, aptitude, interest, and performance.

- Proposal / Estimation
- Electrical Design
- Production / Manufacturing
- Quality Control / Testing
- Automation / PLC / SCADA
- Project / Engineering Coordination
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the department, your role may include:
- Understanding customer requirements, technical specifications, and drawings
- Preparing basic technical offers, BOQ, costing inputs, and estimation support
- Supporting electrical panel design, GA drawings, SLDs, wiring drawings, and BOM preparation
- Supporting production activities such as panel assembly, wiring, busbar work, and shopfloor coordination
- Supporting QC activities such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final testing, and FAT documentation
- Learning PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, automation systems, and control panel testing
- Coordinating with senior engineers, production team, purchase team, vendors, and customers where required
- Maintaining proper documentation, reports, checklists, and project records
- Following company systems, safety practices, quality processes, and timelines
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for freshers from:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication
- Instrumentation & Control
- Electronics & Instrumentation
- Mechatronics
- Power Electronics
- Other relevant engineering disciplines
Candidate Requirements
The candidate must:
- Be a fresher or have very limited experience
- Be willing to work from Changodar, Ahmedabad
- Be willing to travel daily to the company location
- Preferably be from Ahmedabad / nearby areas / Gujarat
- Be willing to work in any department based on company requirement
- Have a serious long-term career mindset
- Be willing to learn from basics and work practically on the shopfloor when required
- Be disciplined, sincere, hardworking, and eager to grow
- Be comfortable working in an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Be available for immediate joining or able to join at short notice
Preferred Skills
These are preferred but not compulsory:
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, control wiring, PLC, AutoCAD, Excel, or instrumentation basics
- Internship/project experience related to electrical panels, automation, PLC, SCADA, power systems, or industrial engineering
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn both technical and practical aspects of engineering
What You Will Learn
Selected candidates will get exposure to:
- Electrical control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC panels, DCS panels, instrumentation panels
- Industrial automation and control systems
- Electrical panel manufacturing and testing
- Customer specifications and engineering documentation
- Quality systems, FAT, inspection processes, and project execution
- Real industrial project experience from inquiry to dispatch
