We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Operations Coordinator to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, business priorities, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
