IT Sales & Business Development Executive (US Market – Direct Clients)
Location: Mohali, Sector 75, Punjab (Work from Office)
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (IT Product / IT Services Sales – Mandatory)
We are looking for a highly driven IT Sales professional to acquire direct B2B clients from the USA for IT services. This is a pure outbound sales role focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationship building. No freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr are involved.
Services You Will Sell:
- Website & Mobile App Development
- SEO & Local SEO
- Digital Marketing
- Google Ads (PPC)
- Meta Ads
Target Industries (USA):
- Flooring Companies
- Finance & Accounting Firms
- Food & Beverage Businesses
- Home Services (Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Cleaning, Remodeling, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate direct US clients through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify decision-makers and conduct discovery calls
- Pitch IT solutions and close deals
- Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and client relationship management
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM preferred
- Experience in IT Product / IT Services Sales
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of US market sales processes
- Strong outbound sales and target-driven mindset
KPIs & Targets:
- 200–300 qualified US leads per month
- 80–100 cold calls per day (US time zone)
- 500–800 cold emails per month with follow-ups
- 20–30 discovery calls per month
- 10–15 new US clients per month
- Revenue target: $15,000 – $20,000+ per month
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
