Human Resource Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

OSS Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding HR team. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding top talent across diverse business functions. If you are highly organized, competitive, and know how to find a needle in a haystack using modern sourcing channels, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Actively source high-quality candidates across multiple domains including Sales (Business Development), IT, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support.
- Headhunting & Portal Mastery: Maximize output from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia) and build strong pipelines of both active and passive talent.
- Rigorous Screening: Conduct initial telephonic assessments to rigorously filter candidates against key business parameters (stability, industry fit, domain knowledge, and salary expectations).
- Interview Operations: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads, ensuring a seamless, professional interview experience.
- Pipeline & Tracker Hygiene: Maintain a 100% accurate, real-time applicant tracking database (spreadsheet/HRMS) to monitor candidate funnels from sourcing to onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly connectivity, scheduling, and monthly closure targets as defined by the HR leadership.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 1.5–4 years of hardcore experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (Agency or Corporate background).
- Industry Background: Exposure to hiring for EdTech, Education, Training, IT Certifications, or high-velocity B2C Sales environments is highly preferred.
- Sourcing Superpowers: Hands-on proficiency with advanced search strings (Boolean strings) on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Operational Stability: A clean career history demonstrating commitment and stability (no frequent job-hopping under 1 year).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Joining Window: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15–30 days max.
- Geographic Preference: Residing in West Delhi, North-West Delhi, or easily accessible to Janakpuri.
