Job Title: Solar Installation Supervisor
Location in Odisha: Bhadrak
Job Type: 100% Field Work (Onsite)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have completed B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Must have working knowledge and experience in using MS-Excel, and MS-Word.
- Must have 2-3 Years of proven experience in end-to-end RTS (Rooftop Solar) installation.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assess feasibility for rooftop/ground-mounted solar systems.
- Supervise and execute installation of solar PV modules, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system (BOS) equipment.
- Ensure proper cabling, earthing, and electrical connections as per safety standards.
- Coordinate with DISCOM technical teams.
- Coordinate with installation team for installation and service compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
