A Senior Consultant is responsible for serving as an SAP production planning functional specialist on an implementation of SAP PP/QM. A Senior Consultant is also responsible for gathering documentation, implementation, testing of their assigned area functionality and coordinating all applicable areas of functional overlap. A Senior Consultant validates as-is and to-be process flows and system integration from a user perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities A Senior Consultant documents and configures SAP modules to meet business requirements and serves as a user-level advocate to ensure excellent process flow and system designs. A Senior Consultant develops procedures and methods for unit and integration testing prepare string, unit and validation test scripts for all business process areas in scope. A Senior Consultant performs unit, string and validation testing. A Senior Consultant leads planning team in driving significant improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time-delivery (OTD) performance to give the company a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
