We are seeking an experienced Cloud Management Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on experience in cloud architecture, migration, infrastructure automation, and cost optimization. The role requires close collaboration with development, operations, and security teams to ensure highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Provision, configure, monitor, and maintain cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Plan and execute cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift and cloud-native modernization projects.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep templates.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitor cloud environments and implement proactive performance tuning and operational improvements.
- Optimize cloud costs by right-sizing resources, implementing governance policies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to security best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, deployment procedures, and operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience designing and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, virtual machines, storage, load balancing, DNS, IAM, and security services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM/Bicep, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
