- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools to enhance system visibility and responsiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in New Relic.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing application performance using New Relic tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues across multiple system components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying root causes.
- Familiarity with system logs, alerts, and diagnostic data to support issue resolution.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
