Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive for our luxury jewelry showroom in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewelry requirements.
- Showcase and sell gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
- Explain product quality, designs, pricing, and relevant features.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records and follow company policies.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales, retail sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Experience with reputed jewelry brands will be an advantage.
