HR Recruiter
We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection
- Source candidates through recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and local hiring channels
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
- Ensure timely closure of open positions across office and site requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Willingness to travel to office locations and project/site locations(accross India) as required for recruitment activities(Mandatory)
Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory
- Experience in MEP, construction, or engineering recruitment will be an added advantage
- Salary is based on experience & interview performance
- Delhi Candidates Prefered
- Immediate joiners prefered
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
