About SKCCR
SKCCR is a homeopathy clinic with over 40 years of experience, located in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. We specialise in treating patients with cancer, PCOD, thyroid disorders, and other chronic conditions through a trusted, holistic approach. As we expand our reach through digital channels, we are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our growing patient coordination team.
Role Overview
As a Telecaller at SKCCR, you will be the first point of contact for patients who have expressed interest in our treatments through our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Your primary responsibility is to call these inbound leads, understand their health concerns, address their questions, and guide them toward booking a consultation at our clinic.
This is a target-driven role where your performance is measured by how many leads you successfully convert into confirmed appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads generated from our social media campaigns
- Understand each patient's condition and address their concerns with empathy and confidence
- Persuade interested patients to book an appointment at the clinic
- Execute structured follow-ups for leads that do not convert on the first call
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
- Accurately log every call outcome and next step in our CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly appointment booking targets
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in Malayalam — essential, as most patients are Kerala-based
- Strong persuasion and communication skills — you must be able to guide patients toward a decision
- Empathetic and patient — many patients are dealing with serious, long-term illnesses
- Disciplined with follow-up — most conversions happen on the second or third call, not the first
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools (CRM training provided)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, insurance, healthcare, or edtech is preferred
- Working knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience
