We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administrator who can handle daily office operations, basic accounting, and support sales activities. The role requires managing billing, inventory records, customer coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing, invoicing & GST entries
- Maintain daily accounts, expenses, and reports
- Manage inventory records (stock in/out)
- Assist in sales coordination and customer follow-ups
- Prepare quotations and purchase orders
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Maintain office documents and records
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally / basic accounting tools
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware (preferred)
Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business (B.Com preferred)
Pay: ₹12,455.69 - ₹20,870.84 per month
