Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing civil works while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and material consumption.
- Plan and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil activities.
- Identify construction risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments for timely availability of construction materials.
- Ensure project completion within budget and scheduled timelines.
- Attend project review meetings and provide technical inputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate construction.
- Experience in handling high-rise building projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
- Understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of estimation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of project planning tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
