VMC Operator – Aluminium Extrusion Die Manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines for precision machining of aluminium extrusion dies and tooling.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, workpiece alignment, and offset corrections.
- Read engineering drawings and setup sheets.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety and 5S standards.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of VMC experience in tool room, die, mould, or precision machining.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Experience machining H13/tool steel is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and achieve production targets.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in aluminium extrusion die manufacturing.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
