Upriden Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to Doctors, wholesalers and distributors across designated regions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building long-term relationships that reflect our core values of trust, honesty, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned healthcare professionals regularly to promote and sell pharmaceutical products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned state regions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical product compositions and branding is a plus
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
