Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and consolidation of financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions across projects and cost centres
- Review expense reports, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations with strong financial discipline
- Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely financial closures
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and coordination
- Identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen finance efficiency and governance
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Five to eight years of experience in finance roles within real estate, construction, or related industries
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management capability
