We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who wants to build a career in sales, business development, and client acquisition. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, online research, and cold outreach.
- Connect with business owners, directors, office administrators, and decision-makers.
- Introduce and explain our IT services and solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain sales pipelines.
- Assist with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and social media activities.
- Support proposal preparation and client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and business development reports.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable with phone calls, meetings, and field visits.
- Basic understanding of IT services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
