We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to identify, engage, and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with the team to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges to identify suitable solutions.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with potential customers to address queries and objections.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products / services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively position solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Software Products, or Technology Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving lead conversion and sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
