We are looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Counsellor to join Anupam Kher's Actor Prepares in our Mumbai branch.

About the Role
- Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admissions and onboarding
- Guide applicants on courses and training structure
- Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of academic programs, particularly in performing arts
- Resolve queries with clarity and confidence
Who Should Apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal and counseling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Experienced in sales/academic counselling/career advising
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
- English and Hindi languages proficiency
- Interest in acting, media, or the education industry
- Freshers (preferably from relevant fields) are welcome to apply
