Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Learning Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Learning Consultant will guide learners and families in selecting suitable BrightCHAMPS programs, aligning learning paths with students’ interests, goals, and skill levels. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, explaining course structures and outcomes, and recommending personalized learning solutions. The role involves facilitating orientation sessions, collaborating with trainers and academic teams to improve learning experiences, and monitoring learner progress and feedback. The Learning Consultant will also contribute to refining learning processes, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and supporting initiatives that improve learner satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Training & Development skills, with experience planning or supporting learner journeys and growth.
- Practical understanding of Learning Management and learning analytics to track progress and outcomes.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles to align learner needs with course content and structure.
- Consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and recommending tailored learning solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage children, parents, and internal teams clearly and empathetically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in edtech, K–12 education, career counseling, or academic advising is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
