Job Summary -
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer relationship management abilities.
· Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
