Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts within the corporate sales environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand our presence in the MEP sector by leveraging your expertise in outside sales, technical sales, and management. As a key driver of growth, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. Duties
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for MEP projects, from prospecting to deal closing, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B (business-to-business) corporate environment, focusing on enterprise selling and large-scale projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders through effective account management and personalized customer service.
- Utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track opportunities, analyze sales data, and generate detailed reports using analytics & reporting tools.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Lead negotiations at executive levels to secure deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on sales strategy development, technical product knowledge (including SaaS-based solutions), and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales within the MEP or related technical sectors, with a strong track record of exceeding targets in a corporate or enterprise setting.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading sales teams or business development management functions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Sales management systems proficiency is essential.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data using analytics & reporting tools for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a deep understanding of technical sales SaaS products and enterprise selling strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing techniques relevant to B2B sales environments and technology sales trends.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with experience managing sales strategy or development teams at an executive level.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
