JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Role Summary:
Strideck Technologies is hiring a results-driven Performance Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). We are looking for someone who has successfully scaled paid campaigns, improved ROAS, reduced CPL, and optimised conversion rates. This role is perfect for a performance marketer who understands complete funnel strategy, conversion optimisation, and data-driven decision-making — not just ad execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Retargeting)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel structuring
Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Create and test ad creatives, headlines, copies, and landing page alignment
Perform A/B testing across ads, audiences, and funnels
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend efficiently
Stay updated with the latest Google & Meta platform changes and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC)
Experience running campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, and service-based businesses
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Good copywriting skills for high-converting ads
Clear understanding of landing page optimisation and funnel strategy
Mandatory Requirement:
Case StudiesApplicants MUST provide proof of work including minimum 2–3 real campaign case studies with:
- Budget spent on the campaign
- Leads / Sales generated
- Cost per Lead (CPL) or Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- ROAS improvement achieved
- Before vs. After optimisation results
NOTE: Candidates without verifiable results or case studies will NOT be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multiple industries or international clients
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Experience scaling ad budgets beyond Rs. 1,00,000/month
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Looker Studio
Agency background is a strong plus

KPIs:
ROAS improvement across active campaigns
CPL and CPA reduction quarter-on-quarter
CTR and conversion rate benchmarks met or exceeded
Accuracy and timeliness of weekly/monthly reports
Successful A/B tests launched per month
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
