Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and basic staff management
- Assist in social media coordination and marketing activities
- Support clinic growth strategies and branding activities
- Coordinate with different departments and clinic branches
- Maintain reports, follow-ups, and daily work updates
- Help management in operational and administrative tasks
- Think proactively for business development and improvement ideas
- Manage multitasking responsibilities efficiently
- Assist in public relations and patient communication when required

- Smart, responsible, and hardworking personality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude with problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks together
- Interested in business growth and learning new skills
- Basic knowledge of HR, marketing, social media, or administration preferred
