Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, be confident in interacting with potential customers, and be passionate about achieving business goals. This is a target-based role, where monthly sales targets will be assigned and performance will be evaluated accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
Required Skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
