We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager who enjoys meeting clients, closing deals, and contributing to the growth of an ambitious agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their marketing requirements.
- Present Vibo One's digital marketing services and prepare customized proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, Website Development, or Advertising solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
