Civil Engineer – Solar/Wind Project (QA/QC)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer (QA/QC) for Solar/Wind projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control and execution of civil works at site, particularly in large-scale PV plant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of civil works including foundations, buildings, and structural works
- Experience in PV Plants (Solar Projects)
- Execution of transmission line foundations, MCR buildings, boundary walls, roads & drainage works, piling works
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality as per FQP (Field Quality Plan)
- QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR), planning & scheduling
- Conduct and maintain records of tests:
- Cube Test
- Slump Test
- Brick Test
- Compaction Test (Core Cutter Method)
- Handle quality documents such as RFI, checklists, pour cards, material testing reports, calibration reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Solar/Wind Projects (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale PV plant projects
- Strong knowledge of civil QA/QC practices
- Ability to manage site quality and documentation independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
