Job Overview
OJD Education is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable O Level Computer Trainer to train students in accordance with the NIELIT O Level curriculum. The candidate should be capable of delivering both theoretical and practical training, helping students develop strong computer fundamentals, programming skills, and confidence to successfully complete the O Level certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach students as per the NIELIT O Level syllabus.
- Conduct classes for modules including:
- Information Technology Tools and Network Basics (M1-R5)
- Web Designing & Publishing (M2-R5)
- Programming and Problem Solving through Python (M3-R5)
- Internet of Things (IoT) and its Applications (M4-R5)
- Train students in computer fundamentals, internet applications, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and assignments.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and mock examinations.
- Provide guidance for project work and practical examinations.
- Assist students in clearing doubts and improving technical skills.
- Maintain training records and academic documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and course planning.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Stay updated with the latest NIELIT curriculum and technology trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the NIELIT O Level curriculum.
- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals, networking basics, web designing, Python programming, and internet applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior teaching or training experience in O Level or similar computer courses is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
