Who you are:

4+ years of experience in SEO

Demonstrated experience of managing SEO & SMO for both product and content pages, involving Organic visits per month

A proven track record in successfully designing and delivery of SEO plans and strategies in fast paced businesses

Proven success in increasing organic traffic and conversions.

Solid comprehension of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies

Expert in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Tableau, and many more

Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO & SMO strategies aligned with NetCom Learning’s business, training, and revenue goals.

Identify organic growth opportunities through competitor analysis, market trends, search demand, and audience insights.

Drive measurable SEO & SMO outcomes focused on traffic growth, lead generation, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Support vendor-focused GTM initiatives with SEO-driven content and visibility strategies.

Keep up to date with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates with a purpose of gathering new skills that provide a competitive edge over the competition

Coordinate with product team for any website redesign initiatives or new product launches

Create strategies and formulate new avenues to drive organic traffic and revenue growth while ensuring these strategies are in line with the business's overall goals and objectives

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and mobile optimization.

Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve technical SEO issues and improve overall website performance.

Optimize large-scale website architecture, internal linking, and canonicalization to improve search visibility and scalability.

Monitor and improve website health using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush and GA4.

Lead optimization of landing pages, certification pages, vendor pages, blogs, and training program pages.

Implement best practices for metadata, schema markup, semantic SEO, content hierarchy, and internal linking.

Work closely with product marketing teams to build topical authority across different product categories.

Ensure SEO alignment with UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content engagement strategies.

Lead scalable and ethical off-page SEO initiatives including digital PR, outreach campaigns, backlinks, and brand mentions.

Build domain authority through partnerships, community engagement, and content amplification channels.

Support brand visibility initiatives across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Medium, Dev.to, and vendor ecosystems.

Build and manage SEO dashboards and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO tools.

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, lead performance, and conversion metrics across vendors and business units.

Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Measure SEO & SMO ROI and continuously optimize strategies based on performance trends and business impact.

Collaborate with content, design, development, and operations teams to execute integrated growth initiatives.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using AI and SEO tools to enhance team productivity and reporting efficiency.

Partner with sales, client success, and business development teams to support revenue growth through organic search initiatives.
