Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Diabetes Care & Connected Medical Devices division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling diabetes-related pharmaceutical products or medical devices and possess strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve territory-wise business targets.
- Promote Diabetes Care products, CGM devices, insulin, and related medical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and customer engagement activities.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and regular customer follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices, Diabetes Medicines, or related Medical Devices is mandatory.
- Strong network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Below 34 years.
- Bike with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Notice Period: Up to 15 days preferred.
