We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and help them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly/ monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education, Counseling, or Sales is preferred.
