Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at ZUCI Chocolates & Café in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, presenting product offerings, explaining ingredients and specialties, and recommending items to enhance the guest experience. The role includes managing daily sales activities, processing orders and payments, tracking sales targets, and supporting promotional initiatives within the café and bakery. The Sales Executive will build and maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries and feedback, and collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities may include participating in events, supporting corporate and bulk orders, and contributing to local marketing and brand visibility efforts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests, understand their preferences, and convert inquiries into purchases.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or café/restaurant environments, preferably with premium or artisanal products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing processes, and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to learn and describe product details such as ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings, with an interest in chocolates, desserts, and gourmet food.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by café operations.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
