Position: Shift/ Line Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in automotive workshop / production line preferred
- Ability to handle a team of 15–20 operators / labour
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Basic report preparation and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate level preferred)
- Metal identification knowledge
- Identification of nuts, bolts, screws & various fasteners
- Hands-on experience in assembly & disassembly operations
- Experience using hand tools / electrical / pneumatic tools
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handling production line activities during assigned shifts
- Supervising manpower and ensuring smooth operations with daily target achievement.
- Monitoring machine performance, productivity & quality
- Preparing basic reports and maintaining production records
- Ensuring safety, discipline, and process adherence
