What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily freight movements and logistics operations.
- Manage shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and customers.
- Handle load booking, dispatch operations, and carrier negotiations.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability and service quality.
- Monitor inventory and support efficient supply chain processes.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with transportation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve operational and customer service goals.
- Work in a target-driven environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Freight Brokerage, Logistics Coordination, Dispatch, or Supply Chain Operations / freshers preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines.
- Experience with load boards, dispatch systems, and logistics software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
