About the Project:
The Anemia & Malnutrition Reduction Pilot Project is a collaborative initiative between the
Government of Gujarat and Shree Ramkrishna Knowledge Foundation and Gates Foundation
aimed at improving the health and nutrition outcomes of children under six years of age and
pregnant women in tribal areas of Gujarat. The project will be implemented initially across Dang
district and a selected taluka of Narmada district, with the potential for scale-up based on
demonstrated impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities across Dang and Narmada
districts.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of anemia and malnutrition
interventions.
- Conduct field visits to track progress, ensure quality, and address implementation
challenges.
- Maintain project data, prepare reports, and document best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines, MoC requirements, and reporting timelines.
- Organize training and provide support to field teams and frontline workers.
- Assist in budgeting, logistics, and effective use of project resources.
Key Competencies Required
- Experience in public health, nutrition, maternal & child health, or community
development projects.
- Knowledge of government health and nutrition programs (NHM, ICDS, Poshan Abhiyaan).
- Strong monitoring, reporting, and data management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital data management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
