Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – International Marketing with 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology products. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing product portfolios, and strengthening the company's presence in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international marketing strategies for Oncology products across target markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Manage product positioning, branding, pricing, and promotional activities in international markets.
- Support business development activities, including distributor management and market expansion.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain, and Production teams for successful product launches.
- Prepare annual marketing plans, sales forecasts, and budget projections.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and product performance to drive growth.
- Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Develop marketing materials, product presentations, and training programs for overseas partners.
- Monitor and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers.
- Ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business will be preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in International Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong exposure to Oncology product portfolio and international markets.
- Experience in handling regulated, semi-regulated, and emerging markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
