Digitron India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled AMC Manager to lead and manage all Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations. The role involves overseeing service delivery, coordinating with field teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high system uptime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily AMC operations, including site visits, service execution, and reporting
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely task execution
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting guidance to field engineers
- Manage team allocation, scheduling, and recruitment based on operational needs
- Ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs and client expectations
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, documentation, and operational expenses
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure strong relationship management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline AMC processes and operations
Qualifications & Skills
- BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Computer, Electrical, or IT Engineering
- Hands-on experience with security systems (CCTV, IP Cameras, Access Control)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including OFC and wireless technologies (P2P, P2M)
- Proficiency in configuring CCTV systems, NVRs, wireless links, and VMS platforms (e.g., Genetec)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, reporting, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting abilities
Work Schedule
- Full-time | Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Remote support may be required in case of critical issues)

Pay: ₹29,200.00 - ₹34,200.00 per month
