BSS Foundation College is seeking a versatile professional to lead our Career Services and Internal Human Resources department. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can prepare students for the professional world while also managing the college’s internal recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Placement
- Corporate Relations: Actively network with industry leaders and HR heads to bring recruitment drives to the college.
- Skill Development: Conduct training sessions on soft skills, communication, and mock interviews to improve student employability.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the end-to-end campus placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers.
- Student Counseling: Guide students on career paths and industry expectations.
2. Human Resources
- Internal Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for the college, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Policy Management: Implement and update college HR policies, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through internal events and performance appraisal coordination.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring and employment practices follow labor laws and institutional regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA in HR (highly preferred) or a related Master’s degree.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in either a Placement cell or an HR role (ideally a mix of both).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience using job portals like Indeed or LinkedIn for hiring.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
