At Policy Manthan Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd., we seek a Client Relationship Associate to manage client engagement, communication, and service delivery. This role includes tele calling, emailing, consistent follow-ups, and data management to drive insurance sales, strengthen client relationships, and offer suitable policy solutions.
You will drive insurance sales while guiding clients on coverage, policy amendments, and claims with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach, ensuring they receive the best protection. Communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage Client Relationships – Build and maintain long-term client connections through regular follow-ups.
✅ Client Support – Address inquiries via calls and emails, providing accurate and timely responses.
✅ Reporting & Documentation – Maintain records of client interactions and policy updates.
