Location : Andheri West Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-Time | On-site
Working Days: Monday-Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday is off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Job Summary
Monika Alcobev Limited is looking for a Head of Design to lead brand identity, packaging, and marketing design initiatives across our imported liquor portfolio. The role requires strong packaging expertise, creative leadership, and execution capabilities.
Experience Required
- 2–6 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience leading design in FMCG, luxury, spirits, or premium consumer brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand identity expertise

Experience managing creative teams and external vendors

Deep understanding of print production and tactile packaging processes

Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness

Ability to balance creativity with execution discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems (logo, typography, color palette, visual language)

Lead packaging and label design, including tactile finishes

Oversee marketing collateral and digital assets

Ensure brand consistency across print and digital platforms

Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams

Manage design workflows, timelines, and team output.
