We are looking for a Backend Executive for a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with existing/old clients, handling repeat orders, noting down order details, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding repeat orders and requirements.
- Receive and record client orders accurately.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation and required details.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Maintain proper records of orders and client information.
- Handle client queries and provide timely updates regarding order status.
- Ensure smooth follow-up until the order is completed and dispatched.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
