Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert inquiries into enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable courses/services
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth onboarding
- Provide excellent customer experience and resolve queries

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
