Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management within the real estate industry. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about team management, business growth, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Support team members in handling client interactions and sales closures
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture
2. Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and pipeline management
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and productivity
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Assist team members in resolving customer queries and negotiations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
4. Lead Management
- Monitor lead allocation and follow-up processes
- Ensure timely response and effective conversion of leads
- Track customer requirements and buying behaviour
5. Site Visits & Project Presentations
- Support the sales team during project presentations and site visits
- Guide customers regarding project features, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new launches
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking systems
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in sales/team handling
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Experience in managing sales targets and team performance
